Annual site fees start from £3,950 for an undeveloped pitch. You will also have additional costs of insurance, rates, gas, electric, maintenance and repairs.

If you buy a privately owned caravan the site fees will be reset by Haven to the current new fees you will not take over whatever price the existing owner is paying. On most purchases there is an additional 15% of the sale price to be paid by you to Haven unless the owner says it is in the price
