Q1. How much deposit do I need pay when I book?
Answer: £75 per week is required when you book, unless the holiday is within 8 weeks time.
Answer: The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday, or immediately if the holiday is within 8 weeks time.
Q3. What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept debit or credit cards, payment direct to our bank account and cheques.
Q4. Are entertainment passes for Haven facilities included in the prices?
Answer: Yes, entertainment passes are included in the cost of the caravan.
Q5. If I don't need passes can they be taken off the price?
Answer: Yes, if you don't wish to use the Devon Cliffs facilities passes can be taken off and deducted from the cost, please contact us for how much.
Q6. Where do I collect the keys from?
Answer: Keys will be collected from the main reception at Devon Cliffs.
Q7. If I have any problems with the caravan while I am there who do I contact?
Answer: If you have any problems with the caravan while you are staying there please contact us so we can arrange to have it rectified.
Answer: We provide duvets and pillows in the cost of hire. The duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets are not included in the cost, you can either your own or you can hire the bed linen from us for £10 each double set and £6 per single set.
Q9. Are the photos of the caravan I will stay in?
Answer: Yes they are actual photos of the caravans.
Q10. How old do you have to be to hire a caravan?
Answer: The person hiring the caravan must be over 21 years of age and we cannot accept groups of young people.
Q11. Do you have camping facilities?
